- Our team will review the referral and allocate a therapist based on location, goals, intervention area and availability.
- We’ll arrange an initial appointment to gather information, get to know your child and family, and discuss goals and supports.
- Before therapy begins, we’ll talk you through our approach, values and the way we work as a team. We take a collaborative, holistic and relationship-based approach, and aim to understand the whole child, not just isolated challenges
- You’ll also receive information about our services, fees and policies prior to commencing therapy.
