As an experienced Occupational Therapist and the proud founder of Roles & Goals Therapy Services, I'm passionate about supporting individuals to unlock their potential and reach new heights in both personal and professional development. With years of experience across various roles—graduate, senior, and team leader—I have always been driven by the challenge of making a meaningful impact. After years of working in the field, I took the leap to pursue a goal that has been close to my heart: starting my own business.
My focus is on pediatric therapy, particularly in the areas of sensory regulation, trauma/attachment, and behavior support. With a background as a dual practitioner in Positive Behavior Support, I’ve developed a keen interest in helping children and families navigate challenges and build strategies for success. This passion stems from my deep belief in empowering others to thrive, especially in challenging environments.
One of my most treasured aspects of my work is coaching and supervision. I love guiding others to improve their skills, share knowledge, and develop their confidence. I’m naturally curious, and I thrive on asking the "why" and "how" questions—because the answers lead to growth.
I’m a fixer, a creative thinker, and a problem solver. Whether it's through finding innovative solutions or jumping in to help where needed, I’m all about making a positive impact. Some might call it “FOMO,” but for me, it’s simply a genuine desire to be involved and make a difference.

I’m an Occupational Therapist with a background as a senior clinician and supervisor, passionate about supporting teenagers and promoting mental health within their daily functional domains. I have worked in rural, remote, and regional communities, and metro across South and Western Australia, where creativity, connection, and flexibility are essential. My clinical focus is in paediatric therapy, and I have a particular love for working with kids who experience gross and fine motor challenges; often using sport, movement, and play as a bridge to skill-building and confidence.
Before OT, I played professional soccer where that competitive edge, team spirit, and drive to push limits still fuel how I work. I thrive on solving problems, thinking outside the box, and being a great listener. Whether it’s helping a young person regulate big emotions, or figuring out a creative way to build skills through play, I’m in my element when I’m finding solutions that actually work.
I’m big on banter (therapy should never feel like a chore), and I believe humour, honesty, and genuine connection go a long way. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the beach—coffee in hand, sand on my feet—recharging and holding onto the dream that I’m still game-day match-fit. I’m all about helping others thrive in their own way.
