JOIN OUR TEAM

Looking for a role where you feel supported, valued and actually enjoy your work?

At Roles and Goals Therapy Services, we are a small, values-led team supporting children and young adults across the home, school and community settings. We focus on connection, creativity and supporting children and families in ways that feel meaningful and achievable.

We're not a big, corporate service - and we don't want to be. We value people who bring good energy, care about their work and want to keep learning.

Whether you are a new graduate, experienced therapist or exploring a role in allied health - we are always open to the right people.

Why join us?

We've built the type of workplace we wish we had:

  • You'll feel supported - not left to figure things out on your own. Your comfort is key, and we will put it at the forefront of our decisions.
  • You'll have flexibility, without feeling disconnected from a team.
  • You'll build real relationships with families, not just run sessions.
  • You'll have space to grow, develop your interests and find your style as a clinician.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

  • The role begins with administrative support, with the opportunity to grow into delivering therapy programs under supervision.
  • This is a great opportunity to step into the world of paediatric OT and build real, practical experience alongside experienced clinicians
